Excellent recruiting is focusing on the client’s openings and the applicant’s needs.
At DIS we probably ask too many questions but we will rather fully understand what both parties want and what they don’t want.
A good search firm has to qualify all the time.
Firms that use outside recruiters have to justify the expense of using one especially if they have inside staff recruiters. Therefore we must be better.
We are not in the business to just send out resumes as some firms do. We are true recruiting consultants that have a great contact base nationwide and track record.
Lastly, compensation information is extremely important for the client positions and the applicant’s financial track record.
